What we collect: your name, phone number and the messages you send us on WhatsApp, and your property request; the details you submit through our website forms (“List your property” / “Request a property”); and requests recorded by our WhatsApp assistant, which may include details needed for a contract such as a title-deed number, ID number or date of birth. We use this only to serve you, follow up on your request, send you matching listings and complete contract procedures.

Who can see it: all requests are stored in our private office dashboard and are visible to our office team only. They never appear on public pages. We do not sell or share your data with marketers; we share it only with official authorities a contract requires, at your request.

YouTube API Services: our private tool uploads our own property videos to our own YouTube channel only, adds them to our playlist and reads their status. It does not access any other user's account or data. We store only the YouTube video ID to show the video on our listing page. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See also the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke our tool's access at Google security settings.
